The OMS Engineering & Support - Electrical role involves advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems within wind turbines, including generators, converters, and transformers. This role conducts preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, uses data from SCADA systems to diagnose and resolve electrical faults, and ensures compliance with industry standards such as IEC and IEEE. The Engineer provides on-site technical assistance, performs root cause analysis of electrical failures, and collaborates with design teams to improve component reliability. This position also involves calibrating and maintaining diagnostic equipment, documenting maintenance activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and exploring new technologies in electrical maintenance.
