Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking an experienced Team Lead / Deputy Manager to guide multidisciplinary teams in Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT and .NET. The role combines leadership with hands-on analytics implementation and end-to-end delivery ownership.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in analytics, strong KPI, data pipeline and dashboard skills, and excellent stakeholder communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Analytics, Azure, IoT, .NET and related digital areas.
• Strong hands-on analytics implementation including data analysis, modelling, dashboards and KPI definition.
• Technical expertise in Power BI and SAP analytics tooling as listed above.
• Ability to design analytics architecture with data pipelines, cleansing and security concepts.
• Excellent communication and leadership to align global stakeholders.
• Experience with workshops and governance across teams.

• Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline) with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in leading people and managing multidisciplinary technical teams across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, .NET, or related digital technology areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in Analytics solution implementation, including data analysis, data modelling, dashboard/report development, data integration concepts, KPI definition, testing, performance improvement, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Technical expertise should include strong working knowledge of tools and platforms such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
• The candidate should be capable of designing and reviewing analytics architecture covering data source identification, data pipelines, data cleansing, calculation logic, security/authorization concepts, data refresh strategy, report performance, user adoption, and operational support model.
• Preferred exposure includes dashboard UX design, self-service analytics enablement, citizen development governance, Power Platform integration, IoT data visualization, cloud analytics patterns, and basic understanding of .NET or Azure-based application data flows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, influence global stakeholders, guide technical discussions, and build a high-performing team culture.
• Structure and consistency
• Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and requirement clarification sessions to identify business problems, define measurable KPIs, evaluate solution options, and align teams on practical implementation approaches.
• Promote consistency, reuse, automation, documentation, and standard delivery practices across Analytics, Citizen Development, Azure, IoT, and .NET teams while ensuring that solutions deliver visible business value.
