ReNew is seeking a seasoned Treasury professional in Gurugram to manage day-to-day investment activities and optimize liquidity across business units. You will coordinate with banks and AMCs, execute fund investments, and prepare Debt MIS and treasury reports.

The role requires 5–9 years in Treasury/Finance with hands-on cash flow, treasury operations, and debt management experience, including Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds investments. Bachelor's or higher in finance/acct is expected.

Qualificações

• 5-9 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Corporate Treasury, Debt Management, or Finance.
• Hands-on experience in Cash Flow Management, Treasury Operations, Debt Management, and Fixed Deposits & Mutual Fund Investments.
• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent accounting/finance qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day investment activities including Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash flows, liquidity position, and investable surplus funds across business units.
• Execute fund investments within defined turnaround timelines.
• Coordinate with banks and AMCs for investment placements and treasury transactions.
• Prepare and monitor Debt MIS and treasury reports.
• Ensure timely debt servicing and repayment of ECB, NCD, and other loan facilities.
• Maintain documentation of banking transactions, loan agreements, and treasury records.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Taxation, Legal, Treasury, and Project teams.

• Manage banking documentation and compliance requirements.

Treasury Management

• Support funding requirements for operational and project payments.
• Monitor loan repayments, interest servicing, debt covenants, and financing obligations.
• Track project finance utilization, debt drawdowns, and lender compliance.
• Assist in liquidity planning, investment management, and treasury forecasting.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare monthly Banking, Treasury, and Debt MIS reports.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, lender audits, and SOX compliance activities.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, banking guidelines, and internal policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of banking transactions, loan agreements, and treasury records.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Taxation, Legal, Treasury, and Project teams.
• Drive smooth execution of banking and treasury processes through cross-functional coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
• 5-9 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Corporate Treasury, Debt Management, or Finance.
