Job summary

Auxilo-Finserve is seeking a finance professional in Mumbai to manage accounting and treasury operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of bank and investment entries and coordination with banks and mutual fund houses.

The role covers debt payments, receivables management, bank account openings, FD applications, RTGS requests, and audit documentation, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience in treasury, banking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accounting of treasury transactions and daily reconciliation of bank and investment entries.
• Coordination with mutual fund houses and bankers for investment transactions.
• Follow-up with banks for transaction processing, loans and bank statements.
• Ensuring timely debt servicing payments to lenders and service providers.
• Sharing timely payment intimations with lenders to avoid debt repayment mismatches.
• Submission of monthly receivables data to lenders and Debenture Trustees within timelines.
• Monthly TDS liability confirmation to accounts team.
• Documentation and coordination for new bank account openings and periodic Re-KYC requirements.
• Preparation and submission of Fixed Deposit applications and related requests.
• Preparation of RTGS and fund transfer requests for collection account movements.
• Maintenance of FD Register, interest statements for audits.
• Submission of information/documents for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and RCM reviews.

1. Accounting & Treasury Operations

• Preparation and circulation of Daily Funds MIS.
• Accounting of treasury transactions and daily reconciliation of bank and investment entries.
• Coordination with Mutual Fund Houses and Bankers for investment transactions.
• Follow-up with banks for transaction processing, Loan and bank statements.

2. Debt Payments & Receivables Management

• Ensuring timely debt servicing payments to lenders and other service providers.
• Sharing timely payment intimations with all lenders to avoid any mismatch in debt repayments.
• Follow-up for tax invoices and related documentation.
• Submission of monthly receivables data to lenders and Debenture Trustees (DT) within stipulated timelines.
• Monthly TDS liability confirmation to accounts team

3. Banking Operations

• Documentation and coordination for new bank account openings and periodic Re-KYC requirements.
• Preparation and submission of Fixed Deposit (FD) applications and related requests.
• Preparation of RTGS and fund transfer requests for collection account fund movements.
• Maintenance of FD Register, interest statements, and supporting annexures for audit purposes.
• Submission of various information and documents required for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and RCM compliance reviews.
