Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Gurugram is seeking a Deputy Manager - Bancassurance to drive health, motor and home insurance across bank branches, build leads, and strengthen renewal performance.

You will engage with branch stakeholders, participate in morning huddles, activate branch networks for health and non-health lines, and contribute to sales targets within the Retail Business Group.

• Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders getting leads and driving business through them,
• Attending Morning huddle at Bank Branches.
• Doing Fresh Health, Motor and home insurance of business GWP across cluster of Bank Branches.
• Maintaining Renewal percentage across Branches
• To maintain Branch Activation of Bank cluster branches with Health and Non health business
