Job summary

• SAP transactions related to assigned functional modules for Naroda production activities.
• Conduct internal audits as per defined audit schedule per QMS requirement.
• Maintain production logbooks and supporting documents.
• Report issues to supervisor and discuss shift-related challenges.
• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
• Coordinate with QA for qualification of equipment, process validation, deviation and change control.

• SAP PP Module Expert (Like BOM, Recipe, Reports, Time Cycle, PR etc.
• Making and Maintain Miscellanious Materials in Plant Area
• Production Planning vs Raw Materials as per the requirement of monthly target
• Responsible for the quality of product in his shift.
• Responsible for the material arrangement in proper way in his shift.
• Responsible to maintain the documentations like production logbooks and supporting documents.5
• Responsible to report/discuss to his manager with all the issues he is faced in his shift.
• To monitor and maintain good housekeeping in respective areas.
• To perform and achieve department objectives.
• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
• To perform and monitor the packing, labelling and sealing activities.
• To co-ordinate with Q.A. for qualification of equipment, process validation, deviation and change control procedure.
• Handling of manpower. Schedules and leaves management in shifts
• To maintain safe work environment in shift.
• Act as an internal trainer for employees on processes, SOPs, quality systems, safety, and compliance requirements, etc.
• Perform and monitor SAP transactions related to assigned functional modules for Naroda production activities.
• To conduct internal audits as per defined audit schedule as per QMS requirement.
• To perform other responsibilities, as assigned by Superior (S).
