The Team

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager to lead the EL Enablement & Validation Team. This role is responsible for managing engagement letter validation, project code setup governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant engagement onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a passion for operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering a superior stakeholder experience.

Your Work Profile

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for engagement letter reviews and project code setup activities.
• Oversee the review of engagement letters and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate project code setup in SWIFT, validating project details against approved engagement documentation.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases, discrepancies, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with engagement teams, finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve information gaps and drive seamless execution.
• Monitor service delivery, quality metrics, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization opportunities, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support governance, risk, audit, and compliance requirements through robust documentation, controls, and adherence to established processes.
• Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, provide insights, and support informed decision-making.

Key Skills Required

• 6+ years of professional experience in operations, professional services, shared services, compliance, business support, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Experience driving operational excellence, process improvements, and quality management initiatives.
• A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous, but not mandatory.
