Job summary

HCLFoundation is seeking a location-focused project coordinator in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will support the Uday projects spanning Education, Early Childhood Care & Development, Health and Livelihood initiatives, ensuring smooth execution with NGO partners and internal teams.

You will coordinate internships, engage volunteers, monitor field activities, and maintain M&E data. A Master’s in social work and 5+ years in a corporate foundation context are preferred, with onsite duties in Gautam

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work or allied areas.
• At least 5 years of prior working experience in Corporate Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Uday projects across Education, ECD, Health and Livelihood.
• Coordinate day-to-day functions across HCLFoundation programmes in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
• Manage end-to-end internships, coordinating with educational institutes and HCLF teams.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and partner organisations for project communications.
• Engage volunteers in location activities and plan monthly/quarterly calendars.
• Work with field teams and NGO partners to ensure structured field-level implementation.
• Plan regular field visits to monitor project execution by NGO partners.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly activity calendars and ensure on-plan implementation.
• Maintain and update location-related data per M&E requirements.
• Monitor budgets, utilization and timely project execution.
• Coordinate with government departments for updates and smooth field operations.
• Facilitate convergence across projects through meetings and field visits.

Job description

• Providing operational support towards effective implementation of the Uday projects across Education, Early Childhood Care & Development, Health and Skill-Development & Livelihood Thematic
• Providing regular coordination support for the day-to-day functions across all the HCLFoundation supported programmes across Gautam Buddha Nagar
• Managing end to end Internships at HCLFoundation. The would involve extensive coordination with Educational Institutes and HCLF Team Members.
• Ensuring effective and regular coordination with internal stakeholders as well as partner organisations for any project related communication or updates
• Engagement of volunteers in the location activities and supporting them in planning and implementing their monthly and quarterly activity calendar
• Working closely with the field implementation team from all NGO partners working to ensure structured and effective implementation of project activities at the field level
• Planning regular field visits to all projects to understand the needs and monitor the field level implementation of activities by NGO partners
• Preparing a comprehensive monthly calendar of activities, important days with HCLFoundation supported NGOs and ensuring implementation as per plan
• Maintaining and updating database related information of the location as per M&E requirements
• Monitoring the budgets, utilization and timely execution of projects
• Coordinating with the government departments of Gautam Buddha Nagar to provide regular updates and ensuring smooth implementation of activities at the field level
• Ensuring convergence across all projects, thematic areas through regular coordination and review meetings, field visits, and convergence meets etc.
• Conducting floor walks with business account volunteers as and when required to ensure effective engagement volunteers in the project.
