Job summary

Adani Total Gas is seeking a senior data & analytics leader with 15-20+ years of IT experience to define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy. You will architect cloud-native data ecosystems on Azure and Databricks, drive data governance and MDM initiatives, and lead AI/ML projects leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a track record of enterprise-grade platform implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related discipline.
• 15-20+ years of IT experience.
• Proven data & analytics leadership with at least one enterprise-grade platform implementation.
• Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data/analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy.
• Lead data architecture and engineering across cloud-native ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the overall data roadmap covering data governance, analytics, BI, and AI initiatives.
• Data Architecture & Engineering
• Architect and implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop and manage modern lakehouse architectures and enterprise data platforms.
• Data Governance & Quality
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality initiatives across business functions.
• Analytics, BI & AI/ML
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and insights using Power BI.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.
• Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 15-20+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics with at least one enterprise-grade platform implementation.
• Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data and analytics platforms.

Desired Qualification

Master's degree or MBA preferred.
