Role Description

The Project Manager supports IT‑based projects from inception to completion for our Retail & Restaurant customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects or project workstreams assigned by the Senior Project team.
• Utilise effective project governance, processes and systems throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers/subcontractors, and customers.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and progress updates for senior management.
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective measures.

Skills & Experience

• 5‑7 years proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and change in a fast‑paced industry.

Qualifications

• Education to Degree or HND/HNC level in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Requires support of UK business hours, operating from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time.
