Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a Deployment Practitioner to lead offshore delivery for a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation across EMEA and APAC. You will support the Deployment Lead with work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, pilots, and resource coordination to ensure on-time and high-quality deployment releases.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale SAP deployments, strong program and release management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive automation, AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment programs.
• Strong program and release management with cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication across client and delivery leadership.
• Knowledge of deployment planning, cutover, Hypercare and release governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end offshore delivery leadership across concurrent/parallel deployment releases.
• Drive integrated release planning, milestone tracking and cross-tower dependency management.
• Ensure deployment readiness across Functional, Technical, Testing, Data, Integration, Security and Infrastructure workstreams.
• Lead offshore governance, risk, issue and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cutover planning, deployment execution and Hypercare support.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery by leveraging automation, predictive insights, intelligent reporting and GenAI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, quality and decision-making.
• Partner with client regional deployment leads, business stakeholders and Accenture leadership to resolve risks and drive timely decisions.
• Monitor delivery health, resource capacity and release progress to ensure successful execution.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future deployment waves.
