Role Purpose

Lead Offshore delivery for a Complex Global Pharma SAP S/4 Transformation Deployment Program across EMEA and APAC.

The role is accountable for driving integrated planning, execution, governance, deployment readiness, cutover support and Hypercare, while partnering with regional deployment leads and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure predictable, high-quality release outcomes.

Provide end-to-end offshore delivery leadership across concurrent/parallel deployment releases.

Drive integrated release planning, milestone tracking and cross-tower dependency management.

Ensure deployment readiness across Functional, Technical, Testing, Data, Integration, Security and Infrastructure workstreams.

Lead offshore governance, risk, issue and executive status reporting.

Coordinate cutover planning, deployment execution and Hypercare support.

Champion AI-enabled delivery by leveraging automation, predictive insights, intelligent reporting and GenAI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, quality and decision-making.

Partner with client regional deployment leads, business stakeholders and Accenture leadership to resolve risks and drive timely decisions.

Monitor delivery health, resource capacity and release progress to ensure successful execution.

Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future deployment waves.
