Job summary

Orthosquare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care. You will diagnose oral conditions, plan treatments, and perform procedures while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

You will follow up on pending plans, educate patients, and contribute to clinic revenue growth. Freshers are welcome; must have BDS/MDS and valid State Dental Council registration.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS from a recognized university.
• Valid State Dental Council registration is required.
• Freshers welcome if applicable; proven dentistry experience is valued.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Examine teeth, gums and related tissues to diagnose oral health issues.
• Develop and explain treatment plans to patients.
• Perform fillings, extractions, RCTs, crowns, bridges, scaling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure sterilization and clinic protocol compliance.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and staff for smooth operations.
• Follow up on pending treatment plans and recalls.
• Aim to achieve clinical and revenue targets per management.
• Minimize delays and improve patient retention.
• Ensure accurate billing and treatment entry in software.

The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing oral conditions, planning treatments, and performing dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. To deliver high-quality dental treatments while actively contributing to clinic revenue growth, patient retention, case acceptance, and overall business performance of Orthosquare. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls for pending treatment plans
• Call old patients for recall visits and treatment continuation
• Examine patients' teeth, gums, and related tissues to diagnose oral health issues
• Develop and explain treatment plans to patients
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, RCT, crowns, bridges, and scaling
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and sterilization standards
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Coordinate with dental assistants and other staff for smooth clinic operations
• Achieve clinical and revenue targets as per management guidelines
• Minimize treatment delays and increase patient retention
• Ensure accurate billing and treatment entry in the software Person Specification
• BDS / MDS from a recognized university

• Proven experience as a Dentist (Freshers can apply if applicable)
