Job summary

Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) in Nashik district seeks a Dental Chairside Assistant to support clinicians and front desk tasks. You will prepare patients, hand instruments, sterilize gear, and help with lab coordination.

Role & responsibilities

Receive patients, make them comfortable in the dental chair and to prepare them for treatments and procedures Sterilize dental instruments Prepare the work area for patient treatment by setting out instruments and materials Help dentists by handing them instruments during procedures Coordinate with dentist throughout the case in holding suction hose and other equipment Instruct patients in proper dental hygiene practices Process x rays by ensuring radiation safety of the patient by providing them with safety equipment. Perform immediate lab procedures whenever required and also coordinate with Lab. Schedule patient appointments in coordination with Lab tasks Equipment Maintenance & Cleaning dental chair & set up as per Standards Cleaning the dental chair and equipment post every dental case/appointment Patient Co-ordination & follow up Repeat Calling Inventory Management Management of front office activities and do billing as and when required Support Marketing activities and go on camps as and when required Suggest all patients to provide google reviews based on their experience Patients report management Coordinate with technician or vendor for R & M

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Chair side Assistance in Dental Clinics

Any SSC & Above qualification Freshers can also apply (however, preference will be from 1- 3 years)
