Job summary

The iScale in Gurgaon requires a Demand Analyst to support the Demand Planning function, improve performance reporting, and drive forecast improvement through data-driven insights.

You will work with demand planners and data scientists to optimize processes, enable automation, and share actionable forecasts and risks with the team. A background in analytics and supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand planning.
• 2+ years in data analysis/reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Generate demand planning reports and metrics to improve forecasts.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, OSF freshness).
• Collaborate with demand planners and data scientists.

Role Objective

The Demand Analyst supports the Demand Planning community to improve DP processes and generates performance reports while assisting in forecast improvement through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate demand planning reports and metrics to improve statistical forecasts
• Establish and monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, OSF freshness)
• Collaborate with demand planners and data scientists
• Optimize processes to reduce inefficiencies and enable automation
• Share statistical and demand sensing forecasts with key insights and risks
• Compare forecasts with final demand plans to identify enrichment ratios
• Support implementation of demand planning tools and systems
• Provide training and mentorship to the demand planning community
