Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day batch operations, student onboarding, and training coordination.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment schedules, trackers, and delivery reports.
• Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and on-ground SPOCs to ensure smooth program execution.
• Assist with platform-related activities, including course setup, learner mapping, and assessment coordination.
• Track daily challenges, assignments, assessments, and program milestones.
• Ensure timely data updates, accurate reporting, and closure of operational action items.
• Monitor day-to-day delivery activities, identify operational gaps, and escalation potential risks.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely execution of training programs.
