• Ensure timely completion of market specific tasks.
• Learn many functions and attend 1-2-1 with team leaders to track performance and identify improvement areas.
• Complete daily checklist in a timely manner.
• Ensure process documents are up to date and capture new updates in the market.
• Manage fluctuating volume.
• Resolve day-to-day issues.
