Job description

We're looking for a Cloud Technical Delivery/Senior Delivery Manager experienced in AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud with an application development background.

This role involves managing a complete set of activities related to project delivery in a company, such as lead or presales management, qualification for the bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery governance, and end-to-end execution. Experience in running multiple delivery streams/clients and assuring proper governance at the top management level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project/People/Account Management.
• Build and extend cooperative delivery relations within the organization.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of client business and engage the right people for the right work. Lead multiple cross-functional, hybrid/distributed teams and scale the Cloud DM organization.
• Ensure sound architecture, best software engineering practices, and have a development background.
• Strong cloud fundamentals with an application development background. System engineering is a plus but NOT mandatory.
• Understand and drive end-to-end solutions for clients, ensuring sound architecture and robust implementation with a technology background.
• Recognized leadership with the integrity and a strong desire and ability to influence people and business for the best outcomes.
• Visionary in outcome-based setups, with both experience and skill to design complex delivery setups from the ground up.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Overall 17+ years of experience in managing project delivery activities such as lead or presales management, qualification for bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery governance, and end-to-end execution.
• Experience in Delivery and AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud with an application development background.
• Deep understanding of automation tooling and processes that support CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and accountability.
• Certifications in Scrum or PMI/PMP.
• Foundational level Cloud certification in AWS.
