Job summary

Global Financial Datafeeds LLP seeks a Delivery Manager for FinTech SaaS and Market Data to lead end-to-end delivery of stock market platforms and real-time data feeds. The role requires strong Agile practices, cross-functional leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams on-site in Mumbai/Nashik.

You will optimize workflows, address latency and security risks, and drive scalable solutions across cloud and streaming technologies in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in software delivery, project management, product development, or related tech roles.
• Direct experience in Stock Market, Capital Markets, Market Data, Real-Time Financial Data, Trading Platforms, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds or related fintech technology/products.
• Domain expertise aligning with Global Datafeeds' products and business will be preferred.
• Practical cloud tech knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, and real-time data streaming (WebSockets, Kafka).
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• On-site collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams in a fintech environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS stock market platforms and data-feed solutions from scoping to production.
• Optimize Agile Culture: Establish and fine-tune Agile/Scrum/DevOps workflows for fast-paced market requirements.
• Drive Scalability: Identify bottlenecks, data streaming latency, performance, and security risks for live market apps.
• Lead & Collaborate: Coordinate a 20-member team of Developers, QA Testers, and Product Engineers.
• Manage Operations: Support delivery planning, resource allocation, project tracking, and third-party integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Track Performance: Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues within timelines.

• We are ideally looking for candidates with 5 –8 years of total professional experience with relevant domain experience of at least 3-4 years.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the financial-market domain will be preferred, particularly in Stock Market, Capital Markets, Market Data, Real-Time Financial Data, Trading Platforms, Wealth Management, or Mutual Fund technology/products.
• Relevant domain experience is an important requirement for this role, as the position involves working closely with financial-market data, products, and technologies.
• Candidates whose experience and domain expertise align with Global Datafeeds' products and business will be given preference.

As we continue to grow and expand our product ecosystem, we are looking for a tech-savvy Delivery Manager – FinTech SaaS & Market Data to manage our product delivery lifecycle, improve engineering efficiency, and work closely with our 20 Engineering & Product team on-site in Mumbai/Nashik.

What You'll Do

• Own Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS stock market platforms and data-feed solutions from scoping to production.
• Optimize Agile Culture: Establish and fine-tune Agile/Scrum/DevOps workflows to support fast-paced financial market requirements.
• Drive Scalability: Work with engineering teams to identify and address technical bottlenecks, data streaming latency, performance, and security risks critical to live market applications.
• Lead & Collaborate: Coordinate and support a high-performing 20 member team consisting of Developers, QA Testers, and Product Engineers.
• Manage Operations: Support delivery planning, resource allocation, project tracking, and critical third-party integrations such as market data feeds and cloud delivery pipelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Track Performance: Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and ensure issues are resolved within defined timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in software delivery, project management, product development, or a related technology role.
• Domain Expertise: Direct experience in the Stock Market, Capital Markets, Market Data, Real-Time Financial Data, Trading Platforms, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, or related fintech technology/products will be strongly preferred.
• Technical Understanding: Practical understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and real-time data streaming technologies such as WebSockets and Kafka.
• Delivery Skills: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business teams in an on-site, collaborative work environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master certification, or relevant NISM modules.
