Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead enterprise AI adoption and observability programs in a hybrid Bangalore setting. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and value realization across large-scale client engagements.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML lifecycles, cross-functional leadership, and strong stakeholder management to drive strategic outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise software delivery.
• 8+ years of program or delivery management experience leading large-scale enterprise projects.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, MLOps, AI Adoption, or AI Observability programs.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Generative AI deployment patterns, and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Adoption & Observability Delivery Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation programs. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of AI adoption and observability initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, governance, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Adoption and AI Observability programs.
• Manage multiple enterprise engagements, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Drive governance, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide strategic updates and recommendations to client leadership teams.

AI Adoption

• Define and execute AI adoption strategies, change management plans, and user enablement programs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to create AI adoption roadmaps.
• Establish adoption KPIs, success metrics, and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Support AI Center of Excellence (CoE) setup, governance, and operating models.

AI Observability

• Design and implement AI/ML observability solutions for model monitoring and operational health.
• Enable monitoring of model performance, data drift, explainability, and bias detection.
• Implement observability frameworks using tools such as MLflow, Evidently AI, Arize, WhyLabs, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Drive continuous improvement through observability insights and model feedback loops.

Leadership & Practice Development

• Lead and mentor delivery managers, consultants, and technical specialists.
• Support hiring, capability building, and team development initiatives.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, SOWs, and client presentations.
• Partner with sales and account teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the practice through workshops, webinars, and thought leadership activities.
