Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a seasoned professional to lead service transition and service delivery initiatives, leveraging 5+ years in managing complex Managed Services engagements and 10-15 years in technology consulting delivery and sales.

You will define and evaluate solution options for Oracle Cloud Managed Services, develop proposals, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, while collaborating with teams to balance timelines and client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading service transition or service delivery for Managed Services engagements.
• 5+ years developing managed services solutions for Managed Services engagements.
• 10-15 years of overall technology consulting delivery and sales experience.
• Experience and understanding of Managed Services support; ability to define and evaluate solution options.
• Proficient in developing proposals for Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services solutions specific to Oracle Cloud.

Job description

• Job Experience: Ideally, candidates will have led service transition or service delivery for 5+ years, and/or have 5+ years of developing managed services solutions for Managed Services engagements. Additionally, the candidate will have 10-15 years of overall technology consulting delivery and sales experience.
• Technical Background: Experience and understanding of Managed Services support, able to define and evaluate solution options and variations to realize a well-rounded solution. Proficient in developing proposals for Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services solutions specific to Oracle Cloud
• Personal Attributes: The candidate will be an experienced sales or delivery professional and demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
• Numerical Analysis: Comfortable working with estimating, costing and working with pricing models. Demonstrates strong analytical skills, ability to analyze customer provided data
• Communication Skills: Demonstrates a structured and clear approach to written and oral communication. Able to communicate potentially complex solutions to less technical people and to clients.
• Team Player: Proven ability to work within a team, contributing to the success of the team while making a personal contribution.
• Deals with Ambiguity: Able to define solutions even when all the required information is not available. Documents reasonable assumptions as needed.
