Job summary

E2M Solutions seeks a Delivery Lead - AI to build and scale an AI organization in India. This is not a traditional delivery role; we want a builder who can turn early-stage ideas into scalable products, services, or functions, leading with an AI-first mindset.

The role covers Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, ML, automation, and AI-enabled offerings, driving priorities, roadmaps, and operating models while developing talent to grow a large, capable AI organization.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of strong experience in AI, product, technology, consulting, or technology services.
• Proven experience building something from scratch, such as an AI product, practice, service line, startup, or new business function.
• Experience leading teams and taking ownership beyond formal responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical business applications.
• Strong product and business mindset, with the ability to connect technology to real business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, highly accountable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead - AI who can help build and scale our AI organization.

This is not a traditional project or delivery management role. We are looking for a builder, owner, and AI leader who has experience taking something from an early stage and turning it into a successful product, service, team, or business function.

The ideal candidate could come from an AI/product company, a technology services organization where they built a new AI practice or service line, or an AI startup/venture they helped build from the ground up.

What You'll Own
