Qualifications

• Proven leadership in enterprise technology delivery, consulting, solutioning and software product engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms, software architecture and enterprise integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in client workshops, business discovery, solution design, presales, proposal development and effort estimation.
• Experience managing complex programs, multidisciplinary teams, delivery governance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from ideation through development, testing, deployment and production operations.
• Oversee solutions involving generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, ML, automation and enterprise software products.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, budgets, resource allocation, timelines, risks, dependencies and profitability.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to identify AI opportunities and define transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software solutions, architectures, roadmaps and proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and align cross-functional teams on priorities and outcomes.
• Ensure governance with security, data privacy, responsible AI and quality standards.

Role Summary

The Delivery Head will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions and software products, encompassing client consulting, solutioning, and presales. This leadership role combines business consulting, AI solution architecture, software engineering, delivery management, and commercial ownership to translate enterprise business challenges into scalable, secure, AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of engaging senior client stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary technology teams, shaping AI-led transformation initiatives, and successfully delivering complex enterprise software and AI programs.

Key Responsibilities Could Include

• Enterprise AI & Software Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from ideation and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production operations, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and predictable execution.
• AI & Product Engineering: Oversee solutions involving generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, and enterprise software products. Drive engineering excellence, reusable accelerators, and scalable product capabilities.
• Delivery & Commercial Management: Manage delivery roadmaps, budgets, resource allocation, timelines, risks, dependencies, and profitability while ensuring alignment with client commitments and business objectives.
• Client Consulting & Business Discovery: Lead client workshops, stakeholder consultations, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, define requirements, and establish transformation roadmaps and success metrics.
• Solutioning & Presales: Translate business requirements into scalable AI and software solutions, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, effort estimates, proposals, and statements of work. Lead solution presentations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, manage executive reviews and escalations, and align cross-functional teams on priorities and outcomes.
• Governance & Business Value: Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, responsible AI, and quality standards. Track customer satisfaction, adoption, ROI, productivity improvements, and cost optimization.
• People & Capability Development: Lead and mentor consulting, architecture, engineering, AI/ML, and delivery teams while building organizational capabilities, best practices, and a culture of innovation and accountability.
