Job summary

Care n Cure Groups in India, Kerala is seeking a delivery and shop-floor associate to support dispensing, stock handling, and home delivery services in a busy pharmacy environment.

The role requires a valid two-wheeler driving license and a preference for candidates residing in Mukkam. You will assist the pharmacist, manage deliveries, and engage with customers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SSLC / Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
• Preferring candidates who resides in Mukkam

Responsibilities

• Deliver medicines and healthcare products to customers accurately and within the committed timelines.
• Pack, organize, and handle products carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery for completed orders.
• Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing activities and pharmacy operations whenever required.
• Receive, inspect, and verify stock received from warehouses, suppliers, and other branches.
• Arrange products on shelves and monitor near-expiry, out-of-stock, and non-moving items.
• Maintain proper display and organization of medicines, cosmetics, toiletries, and healthcare products.
• Demonstrate the use of medical equipment and diagnostic devices under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Monitor and record medicine storage temperatures as per company guidelines.
• Deposit daily cash collections to the designated bank and coordinate with the Accounts Department.
• Submit daily home delivery reports and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Promote home delivery services and support sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and company products.
• Distribute promotional materials such as brochures and notices to customers and nearby communities.
• Report damaged products, maintenance issues, or operational concerns to the Pharmacy In-Charge.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain professional grooming, a courteous attitude, and excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Pharmacy In-Charge or Management in the interest of the organization.
