Job summary

Swaas Health Care in Hyderabad is seeking a responsible Delivery Executive to support the Sales Department by ensuring timely delivery and collection of medical equipment, documents, and related materials.

You will handle deliveries to patients, hospitals, and vendors, verify items, obtain acknowledgments, maintain records, and coordinate with the Sales team to manage schedules while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Google Maps/navigation apps and smartphones.
• Should manage documentation and record-keeping.
• Prior experience in healthcare delivery, logistics or courier services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment, documents, and other materials to patients, hospitals, vendors, and designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per the assigned schedule.
• Collect materials, documents, or supplies from vendors, hospitals, and other locations as instructed.
• Verify the quantity and condition of items before delivery and collection.
• Obtain acknowledgement/signature or other proof of delivery wherever required.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding delivery schedules, priority requirements, and changes in assignments.
• Handle medical equipment carefully and ensure safe transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle/two-wheeler is maintained in good working condition.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
• Report delivery delays, discrepancies, damaged items, or other issues to the Operation team immediately.
• Support the Operation team in stock movement, inventory transfers, and other logistics-related activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10th Pass; graduate preferred.
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad routes and locations.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications and smartphones
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Prior experience in healthcare delivery, logistics or courier services will be an advantage
