Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods or packages from Flipkart warehouses to customer locations.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments when required and provide receipts to customers.
• Maintain communication with customers to update them on delivery status.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently as per Flipkart's policies.
• Report any delivery issues or customer complaints to the management team.
• Follow all safety protocols while on the road to ensure safe deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and payments for Flipkart.
• Assist with other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least 10th grade.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivery or logistics, preferably with Flipkart.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local routes in Kolkata.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient operations.
• Physically fit and able to handle packages of varying sizes.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone navigation and apps.
