Job summary

Alignity is seeking a Delinea Senior Consultant for our Hyderabad-based team with opportunities across HYDERABAD, BANGALORE, PUNE and CHENNAI. Requires 5+ years in IT with PAM experience and hands-on Delinea Secret Server skills, plus REST APIs and integration know-how.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on integration or implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of PAM solutions and enterprise security practices.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting integration details, and coordinating with owners/engineers.

Responsibilities

• PAM fundamentals: privileged account management, credential vaulting, password rotation, and related controls.
• Delinea Secret Server architecture: authentication, secrets, templates, RBAC, and distributed engines.
• Integration models: agent-based/SDK and agentless/REST API approaches and use cases.
• Connector knowledge: AutoIT and password changers, their functions.
• Requirements gathering: interview owners to capture usage and criticality.
• Technical documentation: produce clear docs for engineers.
• Exception management: escalate non-standard onboarding requirements.
• Migration tracking: keep tracker up-to-date; status reporting.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in integration or implementation environments.
• Working knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and enterprise security practices.
• Experience gathering technical requirements, documenting integration details, and coordinating with application owners and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• PAM Fundamentals: Understand privileged account management, credential vaulting, password rotation, and the associated compliance and risk-management requirements.
• Delinea Secret Server: Demonstrate working familiarity with Secret Server architecture, including authentication, secrets, templates, policies, folders, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Distributed Engines.
• Integration Models: Understand agent-based/SDK integrations and agentless/REST API integration approaches, including their use cases and limitations.
• Connector Knowledge: Understand connector types, including AutoIT and password changers, and their respective functions.
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct technical intake interviews with application owners to capture accurate information about account volumes, downstream targets, application criticality, and integration requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare clear, comprehensive documentation that enables Senior Engineers to execute implementation activities without rework.
• Exception Management: Identify non-standard onboarding patterns and requirements outside out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and elevate them for senior technical review.
• Migration Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Rolling Build/Migration Tracker.
• Status Reporting: Contribute consistently to weekly status reporting, progress updates, and implementation tracking.
