Axtria - Ingenious Insights in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate / Project Leader to drive commercial analytics focused on market mix modeling for pharma clients. You will build and lead models to quantify channel impact and optimize marketing spend, while collaborating with onshore teams and delivering high-quality client reports.

The role requires strong Python skills, proficiency in statistical methods, and experience in pharma datasets.

Qualifications

• 2.8–5 years in marketing analytics with 2.8+ years in Market Mix Modeling, Promo on Response, or Test & Control.
• Proficiency in multivariate regression, hierarchical modelling, Mixed Effect modelling, SVM, and decision trees.
• Hands-on Python and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Preference for MMM in Pharma/Life Sciences; knowledge of US/ex-US pharma data appreciated.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to challenging environment, and deliver results on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analytics engagements in market mix analytics for pharma clients.

• Define algorithms with project managers, break down steps, and run analyses.
• Ensure high-quality analytics solutions and client reports.

Job Summary

- This role will be responsible for leading commercial analytics engagements in market mix analytics- build and lead market mix models for pharma companies to estimate the impact/effectiveness of individual channels and optimizing marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Overall, 2.8-5 years of rich experience in marketing analytics with 2.8+ years of good hands-on experience in Market Mix Modeling / Promo on Response Modeling / Test & Control
• Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods such as multivariate regression, hierarchical modelling, Mixed Effect modelling, SVM, Decision-Trees, Random Forest, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Python, and good PowerPoint skills.
• Priority to the candidates with Marke ng Mix modeling in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain. Knowledge of Pharma data sets (sales/ promotions/ customer master) in the US/ ex-US is deeply appreciated.
• Attitude and willingness to learn, accept the challenging environment and have confidence in delivering the results within timelines.

• Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis
• Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client
• Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.

• Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
