PeopleStrong seeks a skilled CAD Engineer to deliver precise 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for civil and structural projects, and to develop LISP routines for automation. You will collaborate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless design integration.

Ideal candidates possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and a track record of maintaining drawing quality and standards through design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 2D/3D AutoCAD models for civil/structural projects.
• Prepare GA drawings, numeration drawings, RC details with precision.
• Collaborate with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines for integration.
• Write and maintain LISP programs to automate repetitive tasks.
• Optional: prepare structural steel detailing drawings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and specs.
• Participate in design reviews to improve drawing quality and efficiency.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD modeling, LISP programming, and interdisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, and architectural domains. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in preparing technical drawings, 3D modeling. This role demands a high level of precision, creativity, and collaboration with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 2D and 3D AutoCAD models for civil and structural projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings including:General Arrangement (GA) DrawingsNumeration DrawingsReinforced Concrete (RC) Detailed Drawings
• Collaborate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP) to ensure seamless design integration.
• Write and maintain LISP programs to automate repetitive tasks and enhance drawing productivity.
• Optional: Prepare structural steel detailing drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve drawing quality and efficiency.
