Job summary

FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors seeks a Dean to provide strategic, academic and administrative leadership for its client institution in India. The role requires visionary direction, advancing research and accreditation initiatives, and fostering student success with industry ties.

The Dean will develop a growth roadmap aligned with national frameworks, recruit and mentor top faculty, and strengthen the research ecosystem through external funding from central and state agencies.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Sciences/Humanities or allied areas.
• 15–20+ years of academic/research experience.
• 5–10 years in senior academic leadership (Dean/Associate Dean/HOD).
• Education and/or experience at IISc/ISERs/IITs/IIITs/NITs/CFTIs or reputed global institutions valued.
