We are looking for an experienced web content management expert, especially on non-Microsoft platforms such as Sitefinity, Drupal, and SiteCore. Experience with SEO, web search, and working with clients across regions is required. The resource will be part of the Enterprise Content Management team.
The opportunity
Join our ECM Collaboration Consulting team as a Sitefinity specialist. This role offers the chance to be instrumental in the growth of our service offering and to work on leading projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Create a complete blueprint to deploy a modernized CMS.
- Hands‑on expertise in Sitefinity CMS with strong OOP competency as a certified Sitefinity Developer.
- Hands‑on experience with the Sitefinity DEC framework and ability to tweak DEC functionalities.
- Integrate Sitefinity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Estimate work required for developing Sitefinity-based solutions; determine solution architecture and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS/ReactJS and related frameworks.
- Build microservices in .NET Core.
- Expertise in Web API, .NET Core, C#, .NET Framework, JSON, SOAP, REST.
- Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using DevOps or similar tools.
- Unit testing with NUnit, XUnit, MS Test or similar frameworks.
- Production support activities.
Skills and attributes
- 3–7 years developing Sitefinity CMS applications and web content management applications for external-facing sites; digital marketing experience is a bonus.
- Experience in SEO and custom search implementation.
- Strong analytical and technical skills using .NET, SQL, Kendo UI, Telerik, etc.
- Prior experience with Entity Framework, Redis caching, DevOps deployment.
- Familiarity with PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Git, XML/XSLT.
- Object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
- Sitefinity development estimation and solution architecture.
- Experience deploying and configuring Sitefinity.
- Passion for the web and open‑source development.
- Consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving, initiative, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Positive, constructive outlook and collaborative mindset.
- Active listening and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Excellent communication skills; consulting experience preferred.

- Capability to operate independently or with minimal supervision.
