Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced EY-AD Technical Lead with strong Sitefinity CMS expertise to join the ECM Collaboration Consulting team in Bengaluru. You will lead development on non-Microsoft platforms, focusing on Sitefinity, Drupal, and Sitecore, with SEO and web search experience essential.

You will define blueprints for modern CMS deployments, work on ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, and build microservices in .NET Core.

Qualifications

EY-AD Technical Lead – Consulting

EY GDS Consulting digital is looking for an experienced web content management expert, especially on non‑Microsoft platforms such as Sitefinity, Drupal and Sitecore. Experience with SEO and web search is required. The resource will be part of the Enterprise Content Management team delivering to clients across regions.

The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be able to create a complete blueprint to deploy a modernized CMS.
• Hands‑on expertise in Sitefinity CMS with strong OOP competencies as a certified Sitefinity Developer.
• Hands‑on experience with Sitefinity DEC framework and ability to tweak DEC functionalities.
• Integrate Sitefinity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Estimate the work required for developing Sitefinity‑based solutions; experience determining solution architecture and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC, Angular.js/React.js and related frameworks.
• Build microservices in .NET Core.
• Expertise with Web API, .NET Core, C#, .NET Framework, JSON, SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of SQL Server; experience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo is an added advantage.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using DevOps or similar tools.
• Unit testing (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest or similar frameworks).
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, web services, WCF, SQL Server, AJAX, LINQ.
• Hands‑on in production support.

Skills And Attributes

• 3 to 7 years developing Sitefinity CMS applications and web content management for external‑facing sites; experience on digital marketing projects is a bonus.
• Experience in search engine optimization and implementing custom search.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with .NET and SQL; proficiency with UI tools such as Kendo UI and Telerik.
• Prior experience with Entity Framework, caching (e.g., Redis) and DevOps deployment.
• Knowledge of PHP, Symfony and related frameworks.
• JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery skills.
• MySQL 5.x, Git, XML/XSLT expertise.
• Object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Sitefinity development estimation, solution architecture and technical architecture experience.
• Experience in deploying and configuring Sitefinity.
• Agile development methodology.
• Passion for the web, open‑source development, and for building meaningful experiences.
• Experience consulting strongly preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have
