Job summary

EY is seeking a Cloud AIOps & Automation Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, implement, and operate intelligent cloud operations solutions. The role combines AIOps, observability, cloud engineering, automation, and SRE to improve reliability and reduce toil.

You will work with global teams within EY Digital Engineering. Key responsibilities include building telemetry pipelines, integrating observability with CI/CD, and enabling automated remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating intelligent cloud operations solutions.
• Proven knowledge in AIOps, observability, and SRE fundamentals.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Implement AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection and automated remediation.
• Design observability solutions using logs, metrics, traces, and events.
• Build telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry.
• Develop self-healing workflows with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.
• Integrate CI/CD, ITSM, and cloud platforms for operational intelligence.
• Support SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and incident management.

The role combines AIOps, observability, cloud engineering, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to improve platform reliability, reduce operational toil, and accelerate incident resolution. Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection, event correlation, alert noise reduction, incident prioritization, and automated remediation.
• Design and maintain observability solutions using logs, metrics, traces, and events.
• Build telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry and related technologies.
• Develop automation and self-healing workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.
• Implement AI-powered operational assistants, incident triage, and RAG-based knowledge solutions.
• Integrate observability, CI/CD, ITSM, and cloud platforms to improve operational intelligence.
• Support SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, incident management, and reliability improvements.
