Job summary

EY’s Digital Engineering team seeks an Integration Platform Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions connecting cloud platforms, SaaS, and on-prem systems. The role emphasizes scalable APIs, secure data flow, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will build microservices, manage API gateways, and provision cloud infrastructure with IaC while containerizing services for Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing and maintaining API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and maintain microservices, connectors, and adapters for SaaS, ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
• Build and manage API gateways, including authentication, throttling, versioning, and monitoring.
• Implement Batch Jobs using event streaming and asynchronous messaging like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Provide IaC-based cloud provisioning (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Containerize services and deploy on Kubernetes with Helm and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Ensure security, performance, observability, and compliance of integrations.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document integration flows and runbooks.

We are seeking an Integration platform Engineer with 4- 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions that connect cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and on-premise systems. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and reliable APIs, event-driven pipelines, and middleware components, while also establishing robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to enable seamless data flow and process automation across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and maintain microservices, connectors, and adapters for SaaS, ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.
• Build and manage API gateways, including authentication, throttling, versioning, and monitoring.
• Implement Batch Jobs using event streaming and asynchronous messaging using Kafka, Service Bus, Event Grid, or RabbitMQ.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration components using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, including automated testing, security scanning, and release management.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation) to support integration workloads.
• Containerize and deploy integration services on Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) with Helm charts and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Ensure integrations meet security, performance, observability, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document integration flows, contracts, deployment pipelines, and operational runbooks.
