Job summary

EY Bengaluru is looking for an Executive Director – Cloud Architecture to define enterprise cloud strategy, set architecture standards, and lead large-scale cloud transformations across Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

The role will drive regional cloud strategy for Oceania and Japan/ASEAN/Korea, mentor architecture teams, engage CXOs, translate business goals into scalable architectures, and collaborate with Microsoft on Azure-aligned patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in cloud architecture or consulting.
• Expertise in Azure architecture (preferred), with exposure to AWS/GCP.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise cloud architecture strategy across Azure and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Establish and govern reference architectures and standards.
• Act as the senior architecture authority for large-scale transformations.
• Drive reusable architecture patterns and frameworks.

GDS Cloud Architecture & Oceania, Japan/ASEAN/Korea Cloud Leader

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Director – Cloud Architecture, who will also serve as the Cloud Leader for Oceania and Japan/ASEAN/Korea across Financial Services and Commercial sectors. This role is accountable for defining enterprise-scale cloud architecture strategy, setting architecture standards, and providing deep technical leadership for complex, large-scale cloud transformation programs. In addition, the role carries responsibility for shaping cloud strategy, solutions, and growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
