Job Description:
Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customers. Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads (CBE / Branch banking / Asset RM). Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch. Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan, including explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, and renewals. Customer service pre and post sales. Support collection RM in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases. Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIs.
