Job Summary
Network Support Engineer whose primarily responsibility is to handle all the technical related query of the client and provide them on time support.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Providing remote support on the Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
2. Helping out customers with the installation and setup of Layer-2 Ethernet Devices.
3. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Qualifications and Skills

1. B.E./BTech or B.Sc in Electronics/IT or any other technical field.
2. Should be well versed with the technical concepts of Layer-2 Networking related features.
3. Should have knowledge of VLANs, Switching, SubNet Masking.
4. Preferably CCNA Certified.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
