Job summary

Net Connect is seeking a DB2 DBA/Architect with strong expertise across Mainframe DB2 and DB2 LUW on AWS to drive database modernization as part of the Mainframe Exit program.

You will lead migration efforts, define HA/DR strategies, optimize performance, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless cloud adoption and cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on DB2 z/OS and DB2 LUW expertise.
• Good understanding of AWS database/cloud architecture.
• Experience in large-scale database migration/modernization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and global collaboration skills.

• Drive DDL conversion/enhancement, data migration, security and performance optimization.
