Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Hyderabad seeks a Databricks & Gen AI Banking Domain Manager to lead data engineering workstreams, design and build data pipelines, and deliver data strategies for banking clients. You will mentor teams, manage budgets and timelines, and apply AI fluency to real-world banking use cases.

You will guide cloud-native platforms using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and AWS, ensuring data quality, governance, and scalable analytics across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering workstreams focused on Databricks and Gen AI for banking clients.

• Monitor data quality, security, and governance across platform development and migration activities.
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy banking data environments and improve processing efficiency.

As a Databricks & Gen AI Banking Domain Manager you will lead data engineering workstreams that design and build data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions for banking clients within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will motivate and coach team members, manage performance, and guide delivery across planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while applying judgment, technology, and a clear understanding of business needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will help shape client‑facing data solutions that turn raw data into usable insights, with a focus on Databricks and generative AI in a banking context.

What You Must Have
