Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Database Engineer or DBA.
• Strong expertise in MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent SQL query writing and optimization skills.
• Deep understanding of indexing, query execution plans, transactions, locking, deadlock analysis, and isolation levels.
• Experience with database replication and failover.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies.
• Experience designing normalized and denormalized schemas.
• Strong understanding of data integrity and constraints.
• Experience working with high-volume production databases.
