Overview

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists.
• Resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
• Deliver on defined performance metrics and ensure compliance with process and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years experience of the full software development lifecycle on BI projects and support experience.
• 10+ years experience working on data objects pertaining to both master and transactional data in Purchasing, Material, Sales Orders and Supply Chain in SAP & Oracle ERP (mandatory).
• 8+ years in Dimensional Data modelling experience (STAR & Snowflake).
• Expertise in AWS services such as Redshift, Database Migration Service, Glue, S3, and Schema Conversion Tool.
• Experience with at least one data modeling tool (Erwin or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Strong SQL query writing and procedure development skills.
• Experience with the following components (or similar):
• BI tools: Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence, PowerBI
• ETL tools: Informatica PowerCenter, PL/SQL, IICS
• Databases: RedShift, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Exasol
• Other: object-oriented programming language (Python)
• Experience managing servers both Cloud and On-Prem (ideally AWS)

Performance / Deliverables

• Deliverables and performance metrics include: number of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, and customer feedback (NSAT/ESAT).
