Job summary

Osfin.ai in Pune, India is building a global B2B SaaS platform to automate complex financial operations for enterprises. We seek an experienced Oracle DBA to design, tune, and scale the database layer as we grow the product.

You will implement high availability, security controls, and cloud integration (OCI and AWS), work with founders to shape the engineering DNA, and contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Oracle DBA experience with 11g/12c/19c
• Strong tuning skills for queries, memory, and execution plans
• Experience implementing high availability features for Oracle DB

Requirements

• Hustle! We’re young, lean, and in our early days
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c & 19C
• Strong performance tuning skills – query‑level tuning / enhancing query performance / DB tuning / memory‑level tuning / execution plan analysis, etc.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data Guard, Backup & Recovery, etc.
• Experience in implementing high availability features of Oracle Database
• Knowledge of DB security, viz. AVDF, DB Vault, Oracle Key Vault, e‑Wallet, TDE
• Develop and monitor the implementation of test application code in client‑server environments settings to ensure that the software adheres to build management guidelines
• Exposure to Cloud technologies like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS
