Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our AMSI at Marsh Tech. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Join as a Engineer (career level B2) in Gurugram.
• Work in Infrastructure support engineer.
• Work in DevOps engineer.
• Work in Database engineer.
• Work in Application support engineer.
• Collaborate within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and project environments.
• Work in a 24x7 shift environment, including rostered rotational shifts as required.
• Complete required skill certifications after selection and submit proof before joining.

Interview process:

• Aptitude test on the Mettl online platform
• Technical discussion with the core team
• Final HR interview
• Offer rollout

What you need to have:

Qualification and eligibility: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or IT only. Minimum 80% marks in graduation or post-graduation (80% cutoff through semesters). Graduating in 2027 with no backlog in any subject.

• Awareness of responsible AI principles including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical use in enterprise environments.
