Akriya Group is hiring a Data Technical Lead in Mumbai to drive data engineering design and delivery. The role requires 8+ years of experience and hands-on expertise with Snowflake, ADF, dbt, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.

You will mentor engineers, enforce CI/CD and security standards, review code, and collaborate with Architects, Product and PM teams while ensuring robust data models and reliable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for data engineering squads.
• Drive data modelling, ELT/streaming pipelines, performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce testing, CI/CD and security standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product and PM teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident/post-mortem activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and reusable solutions.
