Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Data Stewardship professional to manage data governance, quality, and integration across CRM and BI platforms. You will work with Trade, Finance, and BTS teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

You will design Power BI dashboards, maintain master data, and support data-driven decision-making with Veeva CRM data insights. A pharma/LifeSciences lens is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in data management, IT, bioinformatics or related field; pharma industry experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva for customer data and sales tracking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data transformation.
• Experience with Reltio MDM for master data management.
• Strong analytical ability to analyze data sets and identify issues.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy across large data volumes.
• Technical skills with data management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), SQL, CRM systems like Veeva, and other DB tools.
• Project management capability to lead data-related projects with timelines and quality standards.
• Excellent communication to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Power BI proficiency for dashboards and data visualizations (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues such as inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Define and implement data validation and cleansing processes.
• Support HCO harmonization projects.
• Maintain master data records at accounts and customers level and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Oversee data changes with traceability and accuracy; manage CRM data integration (Veeva) into master databases.
• Design and create interactive Power BI dashboards for various departments.
• Provide CRM-based reports and insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with analysts, sales, and data scientists to ensure data quality for analysis and reporting.

Role Overview: Is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and security of data across the organization. They collaborate with multiple teams, including Trade, Finance, commercial, BTS (Business Technology Solutions) and international to support decision-making and ensure data accuracy and quality. They also play a key role in utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Veeva to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Governance and Quality Management:
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Ensure that Power BI reports and dashboards are aligned with business objectives and are updated regularly with the latest data.
• Working with CRM Platforms (Veeva):
  • Manage data extraction, integration, and analysis from CRM systems like Veeva for customer management, sales tracking, and marketing activities.
  • Support sales and marketing teams by providing CRM-based data reports and insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and sales data within the CRM system and troubleshoot any CRM data-related issues.
• Data Reporting and Analytics Support:
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards by providing high-quality, well-maintained data.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, sales teams, and data scientists to ensure data is suitable for analysis and reporting in Power BI and CRM platforms like Veeva.
