Job summary

Alstom Transportation seeks a Data Solution Lead to drive analytics enablers in the Group PMO Hub India. You will develop BI dashboards and reports, align data sources with business goals, and manage stakeholder expectations across PMO and regional offices.

Lead BI tool implementations (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau), ensure data quality, and coordinate testing and deployment. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for enabling data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization platforms such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data quality principles, and reporting best practices.
• A certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analytics, Agile, or Scrum is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.

You’ll play a key role in driving Alstom's digital transformation by enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering impactful analytics solutions. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Group PMO, Product Line Offices, Region Project Offices, and Talent/HR Management), lead stakeholder engagements to understand and deliver on business requirements, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of developing and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Business Objects, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Youll also manage user access, specify and test enhancements, and oversee application upgrades.
