Job summary

adesso India is seeking a seasoned Data Solution Architect (Lead) to steer cloud data architecture initiatives for enterprise clients. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on design, guiding migration strategies while working with Agile delivery teams to realize the architectural vision.

You will own and drive cloud-based data platforms on Azure, design Databricks solutions, and champion IaC best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with proven Solution Architect in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing and executing on-prem to Cloud (Azure) migrations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models, with the ability to drive architectural decisions in that context.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting architectural governance/reviews and managing technical debt.
• Familiarity with Bosch internal architecture and security policies (nice to have).
• Formal Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Plan, recommend, and enable end-to-end migration strategies from on-premises to Azure Cloud
• Represent and champion the architectural vision within Scrum teams, partnering closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master
• Lead architectural reviews and proactively identify and address technical debt
• Collaborate across cross-functional and cross-geography teams to align technical solutions with business goals
