Job summary

The iScale is seeking a data analyst to join Bengaluru-based team. You will manage SQL databases, lead a Python-based lead generation pipeline (Harvest Growth), and collaborate on Power BI dashboards for Growth and Pricing initiatives. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a CS background with 0-4 years in data analysis or BI, and strong SQL Server and Python skills. Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Python.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• SQL Database Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within our SQL databases. Make necessary adjustments based on business requirements.
• Python (Kedro Pipelines) Lead Generation: Lead and maintain our Python-based lead generation program (Harvest Growth). Continuously improve and optimize the pipeline.
• Dashboards and Reporting: Collaborate with the business to enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards / tools for both Growth and Pricing initiatives.
• Documentation: Create necessary documentations and training related to the lead generation program.
