Responsibilities

• Own and manage the existing lead generation engine built on Kedro pipelines.
• Refresh, update, maintain, and enhance the codebase to support evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot production and data pipeline issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
• Resolve bugs, improve reliability, and ensure the solution remains stable and scalable.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based data workflows and supporting application logic.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data, ensuring data quality and usability.
• Write efficient SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Operate in a modern data platform environment with Databricks experience preferred.
• Support and interpret Power BI dashboards for business insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Role Overview

The Data Scientist / Software Developer will take ownership of a lead generation engine built using Kedro pipelines. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the solution remains reliable, maintainable, scalable, and continuously improved over time. The role requires a strong foundation in Python, including hands‑on experience working with Kedro, along with solid SQL skills and comfort working in modern data environments such as Databricks. The candidate should also be able to work effectively with Power BI dashboards and have the maturity and intuition to understand data deeply, identify issues proactively, and drive meaningful enhancements.
