Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a data analyst to collect, clean, and preprocess diverse data sets for analysis and insights. You will develop statistical models to extract actionable insights and perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends that drive business improvements.

You will present findings through compelling visualizations and tailored reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end data projects and continually enhance

Qualifications

• Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience collecting, handling, and cleaning large, complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and modeling.
• Strong data modeling skills with experience in building and validating predictive models.
• Advanced ability to visualize data using Tableau, Power BI, or related libraries.
